On January 16, 2014, the first high-performance semi steel radial tire was successfully rolled off the production line. It marks a major breakthrough in the construction of the company's first overseas production base and a solid step forward in the implementation of the company's global development strategy.

3. Linglong Serbian Factory

In addition to Thailand, Linglong's second overseas factory finally settled in Serbia, which is also the first project of Chinese tire companies in Europe.

In October 2022, Linglong said on the investor platform that: at present, the Serbian factory of the company is in the stage of equipment commissioning and plant closure, and has not been formally put into production.

4. Sailun Vietnam Factory

In 2012, Sailun Group took the lead in going abroad, creating the first overseas tire production base in Vietnam, and becoming the first tire enterprise in China's tire industry to set up a production base overseas; The establishment of the factory in Vietnam has become one of the reasons for the rapid progress of the Sailun Group during the period of the Double Anti Japanese Movement.

This year, Sailun Group continued to raise funds to improve the strength of Vietnam's tire factories.

5. Sailun Cambodia Factory

In 2021, Sailun's planned annual capacity of 9 million high-performance semi steel radial tires in Cambodia will become another production base overseas. The project was successfully completed and put into production in only 9 months, which made the industry witness the speed of the round again in the case of epidemic at home and abroad.

The round announcement showed that 2.008985 billion yuan of convertible bonds were issued for Vietnam's 3 million sets of semi steel radial tires, 1 million sets of all steel radial tires and 50000 tons of off-road tires, and Cambodia's 9 million sets of semi steel radial tires.

6. Shuangqian Thailand Joint Venture Factory

On May 11, 2016, Huayi Group signed a contract in Bangkok for the Thai tire project in cooperation with Thai Pepper Plus Enterprise Co., Ltd. On October 10, 2016, Shuangqian officially started to build a factory in Thailand. On June 30, 2017, the first truck and bus tire of Shuangqian Thailand factory was off the line.

7. Pulin Chengshan Thailand Factory

On March 25, 2020, the first all steel radial tire in the production base of Pulin Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Chunburi, Thailand, was successfully put off the production line, which shows that the production line of passenger car tires of this product line has been fully connected.

The Thai project of Pulin Chengshan started construction on March 31, 2019. The project goal is to produce 4 million car tires and 800000 car tires annually.

8. Double Star Vietnam Factory

On October 15, 2021, Qingdao Double Star announced that it had completed the capital increase of Jinhu Tire Vietnam. It invested 92.3 million US dollars (about 600 million yuan) through Hong Kong Double Star to increase its capital in Jinhu Vietnam. After the capital increase, Hong Kong Shuangxing held 42.41% of the equity of Jinhu Vietnam.

In addition, the Double Star has its layout in Pakistan and Algeria. In November 2019, Shuangxing signed a joint venture agreement with Pakistan MSD Tire Rubber Co., Ltd. and Daewoo Pakistan Bus Service Co., Ltd. The three parties will jointly establish a joint venture company. Shuangxing will provide technical support and equipment to build a tire factory with an annual output of 7 million radial tires in Pakistan.

In August 2019, Shuangxing disclosed in its semi annual report that it planned to set up a joint venture in Algeria to build a factory with an annual output of 2 million sets of all steel tires and 5 million sets of semi steel tires.

9. Guizhou Vietnam Factory

On April 1, 2021, Guizhou Tire opened a new chapter. At 17:41 local time, with the slow opening of the curing press, Guizhou Tire's annual production of 1.2 million intelligent factory's first tires in Vietnam was successfully off the line.

The commissioning of Guizhou Tire Vietnam Factory means that the production capacity of Guizhou tire export products is transferred out in a safe and orderly manner, overseas production and sales are realized, and foreign raw material supply bases are vigorously cultivated to break through the bottleneck of development, improve the international competitiveness of enterprises, and boost the high-quality international development of Guizhou tire.

10. Haohua Sri Lanka Factory

Haohua Sri Lanka Factory is located in Hambantota Port Park, with a planned investment of 300 million dollars in the first phase. At the beginning of this year, the factory broke ground and is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2022.

However, on July 5, 2022, the Sri Lankan government declared bankruptcy, and the national order was facing collapse.
